Hello from Bottoms Lab!
The global pandemic COVID-19 is affecting the world, us included. Here at Bottoms Lab, people come first so we will do what is needed to ensure that we fulfill that promise. As we have teams across Australia & Asia, we want to do our part to ensure the welfare of our customers and everybody involved in our brand to be well taken care of.
Operations & Orders
Some operations have been halted for the welfare of our team but we have a backup team in other parts of the world ready to help out. All pre-order items will still be delivered as promised. We will continuously update everybody through emails and social media channels when possible.
Our Offices and Warehouses
We feel very strongly about a safe and comfortable work environment for everybody that is a part of this amazing journey with us. We have closed our offices, allowed paid-leave wherever possible and those that are still required to be on-ground such as our fulfillment team or our production plant, we will be providing sanitization of workspace twice a day and also sufficient masks and hand sanitizers as well. Some of our team members will also be working remotely such as our Customer Satisfaction team to ensure that your concerns and inquiries are still attended to. If you do not get any response from us after 48 hours, please reach out to our social media team and we will assist you.
For Our Customers and Partners
Business will run as usual but understand that this is a challenging time for many financially, to ensure we are still able to serve our customers, the partners have all agreed to a 15% pay-cut, indefinitely, in order to still pay for fixed costs and most importantly, our amazing team at Bottoms Lab.
Looking Ahead
This is indeed a huge challenge not only for us but for everyone but we’d like to take this opportunity to thank those serving us as first responders, health line & those that put others first to care for the world. We do not know what is ahead but we will continue to learn and make calculated decisions accordingly. We believe that we will all rise to meet this challenge and overcome it, one step at a time.
