Returns & Exchange Policy
To initiate a refund/exchange, please submit via this REQUEST FORM FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGE.
Terms & Conditions
Understand that purchasing online can be tricky so with that in mind, we happily accept returns & exchanges within 14 days from when you've received your order.
- Returned items must be returned in its original packaging & tags intact.
- Returned items must not worn, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
- We won't cover shipping fee for returns/exchanges but we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
- Returns will need to also include any freebies or complimentary items to be eligible for a FULL PRODUCT REFUND. Otherwise, price of the missing item will be deducted from amount refundable.
- Items sold under clearance sale are NOT EXCHANGEABLE / REFUNDABLE.
Bottoms Lab reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange if returned item(s) do not comply with the above terms. Exchanges can only be done once.
Refunds will only be processed once we have received and checked your returned item(s).
Please note that we do not accept refunds for items that have been exchanged.
How long would it take for my refund or exchange to be processed?
- We will require up to 5 working days to process your returned item(s) once we have received them.
- Refunds will only be processed via original payment method only.
- Refunds will be processed immediately however it may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement depending on your bank if you've paid via debit/credit card.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be credited into your account if you've paid via the Online Banking method.
I have received the wrong product/my item received is defective.
In cases where you do receive a defective product or the wrong order, we'd love to make things right! Please send us a clear photo to email@example.com for us to process a replacement to be sent your way.
Note that free gifts are not eligible for an exchange/refund.
Do email at firstname.lastname@example.org us within 12 hours upon placing your order. We will not grant cancellations for orders that have been dispatched.
